Carolina Hoyos is a Project Manager at the Texas International Business Accelerator (TIBA) in San Antonio. Carolina has performed a renowned trajectory in foreign direct investment, international business and economic development for over 16 years due to her roles at Latin-American public and private entities which promote foreign investment and international trade. During the last 10 years Carolina has worked for national and local governments in Colombia where she has led more than 55 foreign investment projects from multinationals such us Coca-Cola FEMSA, AB Inbev, PepsiCo, General Motors, Honeywell, IKEA, and H&M Group among others. She has promoted investment and economic development for Colombia in key industries such as food and beverage, retail and advanced manufacturing with projects worth over US$ 800 million.

Carolina holds a Master of Project Management from Alcala-Spain University, a Marketing Management Diploma from ESUMER University and an International Business Degree from EAFIT University in Colombia.
